J4 compliance in Australia refers to a set of new standards for tipper bodies (dump truck bodies) under Vehicle Standards Bulletin 6 (VSB6). These standards implemented by the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) aim to improve safety and structural integrity of tipper bodies across the heavy vehicle industry.
Here at Brenmark Transport Equipment we comply with the new standards for tipper bodies (dump truck bodies) under Vehicle Standards Bulletin 6 (VSB6) and the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR).
- Fixed side tipper – up to 10 cubic metres
- Drop side tipper
- Hardox or mild steel construction
- Full length RHS sub frame
- PTO driven hoist with anti burst protection
- Top side swing or bi-fold tail gate with air operated bottom lock or standard lock options available
- Full length pressed top rail and splash guards (for fixed side tipper)
- Regulation lights, markers, reflectors and mudguards as standard
- Body will be prepared, etch-primed and finished with gloss white 2K to match cab
- VASS certification
